How to order.

Order can be done in the following way:
Through this webshop, quickly and easily, in 4 steps.

1. Add the items to your shopping cart.
2. Choose the payment method and choose your country.
3. Enter your details.
4. Check & ship the order.

You will automatically receive an order confirmation at the specified email address if this is not the case, something is not filled out properly (e.g., the e-mail address). Please send an e-mail to info@vitexnatura-wholesale.com.

How to pay.

Payment can be done in one of the following ways:

Pre-transfer. Under the order number. Payment details will be sent to you by email in the order confirmation.

Pay with Ideal.

Now pay securely, quickly and easily with Ideal through your own trusted banking environment.
You can use Ideal if you bank at ING, ABN Amro, Rabobank, SNS, Fortis, Friesland Bank, Triodos and the ASN Bank.

The process of payment will be as following:
You place an order in the webshop.
When paying the order, you choose to pay with iDEAL.
These costs will not be charged.
After confirming the order, a popup screen will open in which you can select your bank.
You will be in your own internet banking environment and confirm payment based on specific security methods of your own bank.
The amount will be taken directly from your account and deposited on our Mollie account.
You will receive an email if the payment has been successful and you will receive our order.

We have a Mollie account where your payment is due, Mollie will ensure that your payment is made to us.
You will also receive an e-mail with confirmation as your payment is received.

Pay with Paypal.

You can also easily pay with Paypal.

You can pay with your existing account or open an account on Paypal's website.

In order to PayPal, you can link your own bank account or credit card to the PayPal account.

The payment is made by PayPal and charged directly from your bank account or credit card without sharing any financial information.

Pay with Bancontant.

Bancontact uses a physical card that is linked to credit on a Belgian bank account.

Payments via Bancontact are guaranteed and confirmed immediately.

Shipping costs for the Netherlands.

With normal shipping to the Netherlands.
Up to 30 kg with Dpd, Post.nl, or DHL 6.95 euros will be charged.
We only calculate the actual shipping costs.

Shipping outside the Netherlands.

For our Belgian customers, the packages are transferred with Dpd or DHL mail unless you explicitly indicate choosing another carrier. For Belgium and Germany 7.60 euro to 30kg.

A specific solution is sought for heavier items. For example on a pallet. For every item that weighs more than the permitted weight or is too large for pallets, a unique solution is sought by our team. E.g. tail lift goods, industrial equipment.

Delivery time.

Shipping occurs within 5 working days after payment is received, if this fails, you will be notified by e-mail.
